Calm down Anya, its ok. You're bound to feel anxious as your away from home and because of what you've just seen on t.v. Chances are that you feel s* because you're anxious as you may know. I completely know how you feel. Try some slow, deep breathing, have a light snack so you're not hungry, as that can make you feel worse. Listen to some music, sing along or something like that to help distract yourself. Try not to dwell on your anxieties as it will probably make you feel worse. Hopefully all will be ok. Babysitting is very demanding so hopefully that will distract youonce you're there!
Try to enjoy the time your parents are away, an try toenjoy your friend's company!
