i dont know whats wrong with me?

Im not quite sure whats wrong with me today but im really not feelin well, i feel lerthargic and under the weather. Yesterday i went to bed earlier than usual with a pounding headache, was worst i've had in a long time! Everyday i keep getting these headaches, i went out with some friends yesterday and all day my vision was funny and then a headache came. and just as i was leavin it was getting quite severe! Today im tired, still got a funny head, but not what i'd call a head ache, i feel a bit sick, and my bad is really sore. Also my IBS is playing up and just feel generally rough, im thinking about calling in sick for my shift at work at 5pm, what should i do? and what do u think this could be?

Do you have problems with migraines? Thats what it sounds like to me.

It sounds like IBS to me...the feeling bad part anyway...but the headache could either be migrane...or it could be allergies...have you ever been tested? I have terrible allergies and seem to have headaches quite often...they can make you dizzy and fuzzy and all that you have described...just a suggestion...i don't know if that's what is wrong with you or not...but it's worth finding out...it's miserable to feel that way...IBS is bad enough...i have that too. Good luck...I would just stay in bed for a while a rest...if you can....and drink plenty of fluids...at least that always help me. Kate

I apparently have IBS and possible allergies and I often feel this way. I have times when have severe headaches because of the allergies, and often the IBS tneds to make me feel sick a lot of the time.

I say, if you are uncomfortable enough that if you went to work you would just be worrying about how ill you felt, you should stay at home, everyone is allowed their rest days once in a while after all.
