    Have you heard of a treatment method called bilateral stimulation and if so, can you describe what it is and if it is effective?

    This is EMDR. Go to the link at the top of this section for more info.


    "Bilateral stimulation" refers to stimulating, by either a hand movement to the eye or sounds to the ear or touch to the knees or palms. "Bilateral" means both sides, one after the other. This is how EMDR works.
