I'm going away at the weekend and I have been to buy some of these tablets from Boots. However when I read the leaflet with them it seems that they only help with food related nausea. Will they prevent me from vomiting? And will it work if it's not to do with being bloated after a meal?

Well, i personally use them if i feel sick, if its panic attack kind of
sick, i use stemitil but if i feel sick in between meals i use motilium
and i find it to be maybe even more effective than stemitil... i also
tend to find about an hour after taking one i start getting hungry
which is always a good sign!!!! hope that helps
