I'm 47 years old and have been a good and faithful worker all my
life. About a year ago I started getting sick to my stomach
everytime I would get close to the worksite. I also notice that
anytime wether at work or play if I phisicaly exert myself I get sick
to my stomach. Is this real? Is it just in my mind? Can there be
a real physical reason for this? Help me! My friends and family are
accuseing me of being lazy.

Personally, I think that the getting queasy around your worksite is mind over matter, I find it is for me anyway. It happens to me too and it's usually just nerves, and I goes away after I get there and start talking to people. Try breathing deeply and talking yourself down. As for the feeling sick when you exert yourself, I think is actually physical. It's your body's way of telling you to slow down and not do as much. This sometimes happens to me after a vigorus Hip-Hop class. You can try starting off with smaller amounts of exercise and over several weeks train your body to tolerate more exertion, working your way up to your desired amount. I find it also helps if I wait a few hours between when I eat and when I exercise. Serious exercise on a full stomach would make anyone feel gross. And, no, I don't think your lazy, for what it's worth.
Cheers,
Hannah
