    Hey Everyone,

Im pretty much here. I have posted awhile back once or twice. Anyways I just back from vacation and was on a plane for 5 hours. i woke up yesterday and fely really nauseaus. I wont let myself get sick though. i dont want to break my 20 year record. Anyways i wonder if i picked something up on the plane or maybe the food was bad that i ate. I took a full xanax on a empty stomach and then drank too. I was a idiot, but i hate to fly. Could the meds have jacked up my stomach maybe. I think that if that was the case it would be out of my system though by now. I dont feel achy or sick like i have a virus but just my stomach is nauseas. Im so afraid that i caught a bug, i just dont know. I ate a little soup and i will see how it makes me feel. I have a compazine handy just in case the nausea gets really bad but i have never taken one before. I have heard that you can get a bad muscle reaction to comp. I guess the muscle in your face can tense up and you can have spasms. Has anyone heard of this.

My last quetion for you all is how did you get anti-nausea meds from your doctor. My emet is getting worse and to have those meds handy just in case makes me feel so much better? wish me luck and hope that this nausea goes away. thanks

Sorry you're feelingbadly! I'm sure that it's just the stress of the trip, the xanax, and the drink that's making you feel that way. Just try to relax. Even if you did pick something up it doesn't mean you will v*. I think you would have by now if you were s*.

Sorry, I don't know about the anti-nausea meds. Maybe just tell your doctor the truth about your fear? And I also don't know about those side effects from compazine. I have only ever had phenergren and it was injected.

Good luck! Hope your tummy settles soon.
