I just feel horrible tonight. about 7 hours ago I went out to eat with my parents and sister. It was about 12pm, but I had pancakes, bacon and ranch potatoes and I just feel awful. I keep burping up the potatoes (I think - it tastes awful) and I feel n*. I've been trying to sip on a Sprite, but it's not helping. Do you think something could have been wrong with the food? Like I said, I ate it about 6 or 7 hours ago.

About 3 hours ago I drank a big glass of lemonade and then laid down to watch a movie. Big mistake - my stomach felt all sloshy. So for the last hour or so I've been trying to move around a little bit. The sloshiness has faded, but the burping and n* is still there. Help!

The burping seems to be a little better, but I feel kind of crampy and stuff. Maybe it is just gas moving through my system? I really hope so. I have had absolutely no appetite now for about 9 hours, so I hope I'm not getting sick . . .

I'm trying to stop worrying about it, keep my mind busy doing some other things. I will check back in later.

I would say its probably just gas, sillygirl. You get that after eating out (I know I do), so you're probably just full from having such a large meal.

Perhaps you can walk it off? Walking helps your digestion. Maybe it was all just a bit rich, sometimes things can 'disagree' with you, but with no d* or v*...just makes you feel a bit off. So I wouldn't worry too much if I were you!

Do you have any ginger biscuits? They help!

Hope it passes, and you feel better soon. Try not to worry!Edited by: angel13
