    Default can't take it anymore

I'm so frustrated with this phobia. I can't eat, sleep, or do anything a normal human can do. Everyday I wake up its the first thing I think about. I'm nauseous ALL the time. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow and I'm going to see what they can do about this. Last time I said something about it they said they couldn't do anything. I'm only 16. I went from 165 lbs to 115 in 4 months cuz I can't eat. I just want it to be over. I'm tired of living like this.

Hi, Haven't seen you on here in a while. Losing that much weight should be a huge sign to your doctor. I think you should STRESS how miserable and anxious you have been feeling and ask for a prescription for an anti-anxiety med to start with. Or, start seeing a therapist (can't remember what your parents said about that). You CAN feel better. You just need to start somewhere. Take care...
