WOW! You have a fantastic body - there's no way you are overweight! I think you look very healthy.

I understand that you have a problem eating outside and I'm not sure what to suggest but you do not have to worry about your weight - trust me!

u need to build up ur confidence before u can eat outside ur "safety barriers"

try little steps at a time, and reward urself after uv completed a step.

good luck, i wud write more, bt i hav to go

Wow seriously you do NOT have a weight problem!!You have a fantastic figure!

I agree just do baby steps, and not anything big. Maybe say at first take soem crackers with you, and eat them away from home, then see thats ok, and try a bit more food, and more, till your eating mebe half a sandwich or something.

Ugh I have no figure anymore If only I could go back to a few simple love handles. Since the baby though I have not been able to lose ANY weight.
Anyways Definatly baby steps. Bring something to nibble on after the long trip. The bus rides use to FREAK ME OUT!!!! I use to make excuses like I missed it and I made sure that I had enough to make a down payment on a car when I was 16. I refused to eat breakfast and I hated knowing there was anything in my stomach especially if I had a bus ride home.
I use to eat a banana when I got there and maybe a piece of cucumber or some crackers at first break between classes and then if I felt I would be ok an apple at lunch.
Don't push yourself though because it can hinder your progress, but try light things and nothing overwhelming. Order light when you go to a restraunt or something you can get packed up easy so you can eat it later.
I was just like you though I would eat at night and not until after my competitions and practices were over if I had them that day. Of course by that time it was late and bed time. So getting yourself out of the happit of eating late and ESPECIALLY before sleeping would be a good thing.
Don't be hard on yourself for what you look like on the outside anyways. I myself am still working on that but my husband loves me for who I am no matter what and what is on the inside is always going to be more important that what is on the outside and it is wrong for your parents to even have said that to you.

You do NOT need to lose weight. If you did, then you would end up being too skinny and bony like I am.

I am 33, 5'7", and weigh about 115, btw.

I apologize for that. That wasnt too nice. This is just
a sensitive subject for me and to top it off, as you know I am in an
incredibly foul mood. However I think I better log off for the night
before I get myself into trouble. Take care

Miriam,

If you saw me, you would NOT be jealous. I don't look good at all. I look disgustingly skinny. It's gross, and I so wish I could eat enough so I could gain some weight and have an actual figure like a real woman my age.

Ah,I don't see any problem at all. We should be happy with our bodies. No matter what they look like. I finally am, and I can admit it. I have a lil stomac, but I'm not fat like I used to think. Most women do have a little stomac anyways.

About eating away from home, like everyone said, take little things. I ALWAYS carry water with me and a granola bar or apple or something, now that I'm starting school again, I will bring a lunch. Except I'm opposite, I have to eat or I will feel sick and that will worry me!!
.I just want to feel safe in my own skin. I just want to be happy again. I just want to feel deep in my own world. But I’m so lonely I don’t even want to be with myself. <3

ya know I just wish society would accept women the way they are in
jamaica.. (damn wha t agreat land) the bigger your ass the more men like
you ahah
But this isn't about men. this is about stupid hollywood and advertising
and airbrushed LA senza models that look like wax models..Im sure they
are good girls but damn!
Yeah If society wouldnt pressure us a lot of you wouldnt be bolemic or
anorexic.. i can assure you..
ahhh... I don't know Let's burn our bras for the cause.. YAY

Unfortunately society is sick, thats the bottom line. I
have a friend who suffered from both anorexia and bulimia. Very very
sad. She is doing okay now though. I am more sensitive to this issue
too because my brother is very shallow. He would have NEVER dated
someone who had any extra weight on them, and had to be a perfect 10 as
far as looks go and LOLOL look what he got! A FREAK! Hey Jenneh I had
no idea you were a Linkin fan. Cool! I LOVE Chester My husband
doesnt like my taste in music but oh well lol.

wow! you have the perfect body! you do not need to lose weight at all!

and just think, if you are in the house and eat, and you're ok.... you will be ok outside too!

if everyone else can eat outside, then i'm sure you can too!

try to lay off the fatter foods, as they tend to give you heartburn.. eat lots offruit & vegetables

They kinda do that to you dont they lol. Meteora and
Hybrid Theory are awesome! Anyway I am feeling better today. I have
come to terms with the fact that no one is going to be very
compassionate towards me regarding this phobia. Thats fine okay but as
long as they dont throw it in my face! Uggh. Anyway I hope you are
doing well. Take care

Hey all,

I definately agree with crazybeautiful. I think even though its hard we should all love ourselves for wat we are. I'm really trying hard not to hate the way I look (i think im too thin) and gradually im starting to realise that I should be thankful and stop worrying so much about how other people see me physically.

I never used to like eating away from home either, but its a gradual thing, start of slow and build up. It takes getting used to but u will do it. Just remember that eating away from home is no different or "safer" from being at home. I hope that helps somewhat.

from a blokes point of view you have a very nice figure...

Why do some women want to be skinny skinny... most blokes dont like really skinny girls anyway... Anyway I am sure its about self confidence rather than what blokes like.
