Are u going on vacation? Please dont let this phobia stop u from going on a vacation or wherever. If you have enough meds it will be fine. maybe talk to ur doctor and see if they can give u a supply for the trip home as well.

i have lost so much money in the past for not going on a holiday i have booked even my cousins wedding in florida and i used to love going to florida, i cant let this fear ruin it but what if someone is sick near me.
