I'm sorry you're feeling rough. The only advice I'd give is take it slowly. If you feel hungry try a slice of buttered toast - or even plain toast or palin biscuits. See how you go with those. You may feel better after something to eat. Its horrible feeling like you do - I hope you fell better soon.
As you said - it seems like you're unlikely to v* so maybe try sleeping it off - or doing something to take your mind of it - tv/video/ relaxation exercises...whatever works for you.
