I want to get some herbal meds to take this winter to stop me getting colds. Anyway the meds I have found need to be taken before a main meal. I wondered if anyone knew why this was? I'd be pretty scared to take something and then have a full stomach. I think I'm just going to be brave and take them anyway. But I'd be interested to know why things have to be taken before a main meal

Because if you take a med on just an empty stomach it can be kind of harsh sometimes, thats not to say it will make you V* or anything though. If you have a little something along with it, the pill gets absorbed and digested along with the food.
Be courageous, believe in yourself, and be the best woman you can be. I'm with you all the way.

Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn\'t be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn\'t know that so it goes on flying anyway.
