Wow, Jenneh - that is really amazing. AsI was reading it, I kept thinking to myself "I should start to think like that, I need to forget about the past" but the problem is, I CAN'T![img]smileys/smilies_06.gif[/img]
I have so much to be miserable about at the moment I can't see the good in anything and I don't believe that I deserve anything good so until I can adjust my attitude (if that ever haopoens! lol) I'll never be able to think like that, as much as I really do want to.....

iv printed it off and put it in my diary. everytime i feel low, im resorting to that.
it just puts things into prespective and puts ur mind back on track really.

wow that is a very good thing to read. I want to forget the past and move into the future. This is hard for me, but I'm going to set up my future for when I leave home, and take opertunities that may help towards that. I think I may print that off to, so I can keep looking at it

I recieved that in an email a couple of years ago and I did the same thing, I printed it out and keep it with me all the time but the web site is just beautiful
